Several times a week, qualified yoga and meditation teacher Carola Penz rolls out her mat in the lush greenery of the Crystal garden or in one of the peaceful rooms in the atrium spa – then the life energy prana can flow more freely again with the help of gentle asanas. Whether outside in Mina's dream garden or inside in soothing silence: yoga is an integral part of the weekly programme at the Crystal Garden Hotel in Fügen - and always a good choice.
Come to the front of the mat, put your feet firmly on the ground, take your first conscious breath of the day, bring your hands to your heart and straighten out your world – this is how one of Carola Penz's sensitively and lovingly organised classes begins. It doesn't matter whether and how far you have already immersed yourself in the world of yoga.
Participation is free of charge for our guests. Anyone from outside the area who would like to take part in a yoga class with Carola is also very welcome.
Active health programme Balance for body and mind
Our experienced yoga trainer Carola lives and loves hatha yoga – but her practice goes far beyond that. She combines classic Hatha elements with impulses from other yoga styles as well as health yoga, which is based on targeted body, breathing and relaxation exercises. In her sessions, movement and breathing merge into a harmonious unit – stress is released, blockages give way and inner serenity returns. With professional guidance, you will find your centre, activate your energy and draw new strength for everyday life. Whether you are a beginner, advanced or experienced yogi – Carola will cater to each participant individually. Letting go, arriving, being – probably the most beautiful way to find peace and new vigour.
