Cancellation conditions
There can always be unforeseen circumstances which mean that you do not start your holiday at all, start it late or have to end it early.

Costs incurred in the event of cancellation:

• up to 3 months before arrival: 0% of the agreed total price
• 3 months to 1 month: 40% of the agreed total price
• 1 month to 1 week: 70% of the agreed total price
• 7 days to 0 days before arrival or early departure: 90% of the agreed total price

 

Travel cancellation insurance
Our external partner for hotel cancellation cover is Europäische Reiseversicherung. It's quick and easy to take out online.

Prices
All prices are per person and for the specified period, including Gartenhotel ¾ gourmet board and all Included services. Price changes, typing errors and mistakes as well as changes to the offer reserved.

 

Local tax
The local tax is € 2.60 per person and night (payable on site).

 

Discounts for children
Even though the Gartenhotel Crystal is not a special family hotel, we are happy to welcome our younger guests at the following reduced rates:

• 0 to 2 years € 30
• 3 to 5 years 70 % off the daily rate
• 6 to 9 years 40 % off the daily rate
• 10 to 15 years 10 % off the daily rate

 

Additional person

• Reduction 3rd and 4th person in the room: 10 % per person on the daily rate
• Single with child: adult pays the price per person and day, child 0 to 9 years 50 % discount on the daily price per person and day
• Single room supplement: 30 % supplement in the Blütentraum, Fichte and Glockenblumen categories; in all other categories: 50 % supplement

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply (AGBH).

Arrival and departure
On arrival and departure days your room is available from 3 pm. If you arrive after 7 pm, please inform us briefly. On the day of departure we would ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.

Late Check-out: until 18.00 hrs with a surcharge of 50% on the booked room rate

 

Payment
You can pay the bill for your stay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or in cash. You are also welcome to pay by 9.00 pm on the evening before your departure.

 

Parking
Our hotel has its own car park with sufficient parking spaces available free of charge.

 

E-charging stations
Our hotel has 4 e-charging stations for a fee. You can pay for this conveniently with your Visa, MasterCard or Maestrocard.

• Early riser breakfast: from 7.00 am
• Breakfast: 07.30 to 10.30 a.m.
• Afternoon snack: 14.30 to 16.30
• Dinner: 19.00 to 21.00 hrs
• Hotel bar: 11.00 to 24.00 hrs

 

Spa & indoor pool opening hours

• Indoor pool: 07.00 to 20.00 hrs
• Spa reception: 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• crystal spa: 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. / access for children accompanied by parents - textile area
• atrium spa 11.00 to 20.00 / adults only (from 16 years) - textile-free
• Green Pool: 09.00 to 20.00; in winter: Ice bathing possible at your own risk

 

Dogs
The Crystal team loves animals and welcomes dogs in selected room categories. Certain areas of the hotel are reserved for humans. These include the spa area, the restaurant and the roof gardens. There is a surcharge of 30 euros per furry friend per night (without dog food).
