The Zillertal Alps stretch up to over 3,500 metres, including the striking Hochfeiler (3,510 m), the highest mountain in the region. Numerous mountain lifts, such as the Ahornbahn or the Penkenbahn, make the ascent easier and offer spectacular views. Over 150 mountain huts and lodges invite you to stop for a bite to eat, where regional specialities such as Tiroler Gröstl or Kaiserschmarrn are served.
And best of all: the Spieljoch adventure mountain, a 1,920 metre high peak full of surprises, is right on the doorstep of the Gartenhotel Crystal. Thanks to the 10-seater gondola lift just 300 metres away, you can reach the high mountains in just a few minutes from your hotel room.
