The Finnish sauna offers intense heat at 94 °C, which stimulates the circulation and promotes detoxification. Foot baths enhance the effect. In the 45 °C steam bath with brine atomiser, fine sea salt particles cleanse the airways, while the moist heat nourishes and regenerates the skin.

Our sauna area combines soothing warmth with refreshing cooling: cold water and Kneipp pools revitalise after a sauna session, while heated loungers promote regeneration. In the Swiss stone pine relaxation room, aromatic Swiss stone pine wood creates a calming atmosphere and supports the cardiovascular system.

The aroma grotto combines gentle 50 °C heat with light therapy and soothing fragrances – for deep relaxation and activated body energies. The violet crystal unfolds its calming effect at the amethyst fountain: it is said to alleviate anxiety, reduce nervousness and promote sleep.

In the aqua meditation room, gentle sounds, harmonious colours and soft materials create an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The constant room temperature of 30 °C supports a pleasant stay. Accompanied by soothing water sounds and soft music, it is the ideal retreat for regeneration and mental relaxation.

The indoor pool (28 °C) has a cosy grotto, a bubbling whirlpool, a children's pool and a family steam bath for relaxing bathing fun for young and old.
