In the early hours of the morning, when the dew covers the meadows with sparkling drops, the hard-working helpers from the Crystal kitchen set off. Silently, they harvest what Mrs Mina has planted with love: Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. Juicy pears and sweet cherries. Delicious delicacies are made from these exquisite fruits. Only the best goes into the glass– our kitchen team captures the summer and preserves the flavour of the sun. According to old Tyrolean tradition and the closely guarded recipes of senior chef Mina, fine syrups, fruity jams and aromatic chutneys are created. Dozens of herb varieties are freshly picked from the garden and served on the plate every day. Because quality is tangible and sustainability counts, all edible plants come from the certified Tyrolean organic Seidemann nursery.

The coast is clear here and snacking is expressly permitted. No need to look around furtively – in the Crystal Garden Hotel's orchard you can nibble to your heart's content. Juicy grapes, pears, cherries, apples, quinces, wild strawberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries, jostaberries and many other flavoursome fruits await guests straight from the bush or tree. A delight for all the senses!
