The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG 2003). The following information further explains the most important aspects of data processing within our website.
Contact with us
If you contact us via the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored for six months to process the request and allow for the case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
We point out that for the purpose of simplifying the booking process and for subsequent contract processing/reservation processing by the operator of the online booking portal in the context of cookies, the IP data of the connection owner is stored, as well as name, address, contact info (e-mail, telephone), and credit card number of the buyer.
The data provided by you is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties will not take place with the exception of the transmission of the credit card data to the payment service provider "card complete Service Bank AG" for the purpose of withdrawing the purchase price and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
After conclusion of the booking process, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the case of a conclusion of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).
The name, address, time period, booked rooms/apartments, and date of the contract conclusion are also stored until the expiration of the liability of the accommodations for damages (3 years). Data processing takes place on the basis of the statutory provisions of section 96 paragraph 3 TKG and article 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of the GDPR.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the cookies and so that you may allow or disallow it in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Our website uses the features of the web analysis service Google Analytics, Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA94043, USA. For this purpose, cookies are used that allow an analysis of the use of the website by users. The information generated thereby is transmitted to the server of the provider and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. We have a special contract for data processing with the provider.
Your IP address is detected but anonymized immediately (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). As a result, only a rough localization is possible. The relationship to the web analysis provider is based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission with the USA: "Privacy Shield". The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of section 96 paragraph 3 TKG as well as article 6 paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
In the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest), our concern is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is anonymized.
