Your Responsibilities
- Warm welcome and attentive care for our guests
- Check-in and check-out procedures
- Independent cash handling and responsibility for your own till
- Acting as the central point of contact for all guest requests
- Accurate and responsible work ethic
- Carrying out administrative tasks

- Professional experience or completed apprenticeship
- Service-oriented approach to work
- Enjoyment of your work and positive attitude
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Team player
- German and English language skills, spoken and written
