Your Responsibilities

  • Looking after our guests
  • Advising and selling beverages
  • Responsibility for your own service station
  • Close cooperation with the Commis de Rang in your section
  • Serving food
  • Breakfast service
  • Setting up and maintaining our buffet
  • Performing mise en place duties

 

Your Profile

  • Professional experience as a Chef de Rang
  • Wine knowledge preferred
  • Enjoy working with people
  • Good German and English language skills
  • Strong communication skills and a confident appearance
