Summer sun, vacation time, berries galore – Joie de vivre in July

Especially on hot days, we recommend a hike through one of the most beautiful gorges in the Alps, the Wolfsklamm in Stans. This fascinating tour leads over climbs, bridges, and steps through the ruggedly romantic rock formations and rushing waterfalls. At the end of the gorge, a pilgrimage path will take you to St. Georgenberg, the oldest pilgrimage town in Tyrol. Another tip for hot days is the Krimml

waterfalls. Their height of 380 meters over three levels make them one of the most impressive natural spectacles in the world. With a hike of around 1.15 hrs., the waterfall path leads in curves into the Krimmler Achental. I promise that this will be an unforgettable hike with spectacular views of the waterfalls. Yes, in July there are many ways to enjoy the magnificent nature of the Zillertal.

Summertime is berry season

For a garden fairy, the month of July is an especially delicious time... in the truest sense of the word. As the motto says: summertime is berry season. Raspberries, currants, gooseberries – these small berries have a big effect. Our raspberry bush in the Crystal garden is almost like a pharmacy. This fruit supports the immune system and is rich in vitamins and trace elements. Flavonoids provide an antioxidant and blood-cleansing effect. Currants are good for the skin. Rich in vitamin

Of course, our chefs have also come up with some enticing creations. Just glance at the menu - season, regional, and creative...

Tea harvest

Strengthened by all the berries, I provide energetic help for Mina, since she is already hard at work with harvesting. If you have ever tried the delicious teas in our spa, you know what I mean. This special mixture is made by Mina herself: raspberry and blackberry leaves, melissa, peppermint, stinging nettle, and the two other special ingredients- love and craftsmanship. The blood-cleansing blackberry and raspberry leaves are good for the skin. Melissa is known for its relaxing effect for sleep disorders and restlessness. Peppermint has a soothing effect on the gastrointestinal area. With a detoxifying effect,

stinging nettle helps with fatigue, and it strengthens the immune system - even better than echinacea! Only the best leaves are hand-picked and dried. Mina is only one who knows the right mixture, and she guards her secret like a treasure. Maybe I'll get it out of her someday? Until then, I'll simply enjoy this soothing, delicious tea. Yes, such a garden is full of magical potions. A natural power for balance and well-being. Speaking of well-being: I'm suddenly in the mood for some berries. I think I'll pay a visit to the raspberry bush...
