Drawing upon age-old Tyrolean customs and guarded recipes from senior manager Mina, they create exceptional syrups, jams, and chutneys of the highest quality. Dozens of fresh herbs from the garden grace the plate daily. The taste and sustainability speak for themselves, as all edible plants are sourced from the certified Tyrolean organic nursery Seidemann.
