Carola is a yoga and meditation teacher who has completed basic training as a "Yoga Siromani" (The international Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre) as well as training as a health yoga and senior yoga teacher. She has also trained in the areas of "Yoga and the Heart" and "Hormone Yoga". This has resulted in gentle guided yoga sessions with a lot of breath awareness - to slow down, find a state of deep relaxation and replenish the resources that get our life force and energy flowing again.
