Sit down to the abundance of Mother Nature.
American author Scott Cunningham saw food as magic, its power over us beyond any kind of doubt. This holds true especially when it is prepared with herbs, flowers and fruit from your own garden.
Whatever seasonal delicacies our abundant Crystal Garden may produce, our head chef, Reinhard, is able to transform into wonderful specialties. Sparkling elderberry wine, lilac syrup, fried zucchini blossoms, borage, geraniums, marigold, violets and more, all belong to the standard repertoire of his natural Zillertal cuisine. He is of the opinion that flowers give chefs the opportunity to develop their creativity, and to experiment with flavor directions and raw ingredients, very much in keeping with the fresh dishes of modern, light cuisine.
A philosophy which, here with us, accompanies you throughout the day.

Zillertal natural cuisine...
...Tradition and innovation for natural enjoyment.
Inspired by the abundance and variety of the hotel's garden, our head chef Reinhard Marschall developed his own line of kitchen products. It all began with a series of syrups. Dandelion leaves, lilac blossoms, cowslip, roses, and lavender were refined with sugar or preserved in vinegar. Then came jam, fruit pie, and vegetable specialties.
With Zillertal natural cuisine, he succeeded in accomplishing the impossible. Taste, enjoyment, and wholesomeness are no longer contradictions and thus correspond to the motto: health, simplicity, and sophistication.
The CRYSTAL wine cellar...
...a part of every exquisite meal should be an even better glass of wine.
In our wine cellar, you will find specialty wines from all over the world that will pamper your taste buds.
